TEAM

Out of 3,319 dedicated staff across our team members, we have identified 22 senior professionals that have the passion, experience, and technical expertise to lead, mentor others, and support design, construction, installation, and effective operational, financial and safety controls of critical development infrastructure and facilities – specifically, that of master planning, water, wastewater, solid and hazardous waste, roads, ports, electrical grids, energy production, and information/community technologies.

Led by partners M&J Engineering and the Urban Collaborative, our specialized team of 11 small and disadvantaged business subcontractors comprised of women owned, 8(a), veteran owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned business, HubZone, and an industry leading 501(c)(3) education and training institution, and 1 large business that covers the full scope of AEC services providing bench strength and capacity on any task assigned. Collectively, our strengths deliver mission driven strategies with intentional focus on strengthening community by capacity building, empowering women, and deploying sustainable solutions.

WHAT WE DO

We provide global mission support for US government agencies serving the international development and disaster assistance community. We help drive results that advance national security and economic prosperity through responsive and cost-effective planning, design, engineering, construction management, and commissioning services worldwide, while promoting self-reliance and resilience within communities through local hiring, mentoring and training to ensure individuals and organizations obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment and other resources needed to do similar jobs competently or to a greater extent in the future.
