The International Development Collaborative’s team leverages our combined professional and technical expertise to drive global outcomes that transform families, communities, and countries. We help farmers modernize irrigation and agricultural practices and increase the long-term impact and adoption of planning efforts to establish new models for collective action with measurable sustainable development solutions. We also harness the power of innovative tools by mainstreaming the use of best practices, accelerating continuous learning, and advancing performance improvements when delivering sustainable development impacts at a massive scale.

As good stewards of American generosity, we support host country partners and communities with responsive and cost-effective program and task order management that begins with planning, design, engineering, construction management, and commissioning services worldwide.

We promote self-reliance, critical thinking, and community resilience by providing meaningful opportunities for project participation. We ensure local labor force in host nations obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment, and other resources needed to create innovative solutions for once unsolvable development challenges. This includes developing and initiating catalytic initiatives that elevate women and facilitate economic prosperity.

Task orders assigned to us leverage collaborative apprenticeship opportunities, and on the job training to strengthen local capacity to respond to the numerous crises that frequently undermine security for many people around the world.

Finally, we seek to advance national security by accomplishing USAID’s mission with demonstrated programs, processes, organizational structure, and blended local workforces that unlock potential. Together with the community members in host nations we tackle the environmental, water and sanitation, transportation, and infrastructure challenges to generate opportunity for improved health, food security, and improved economic growth and trade.

We provide these services across the following sectors, both domestically and internationally. Our collaborative approach positions local stakeholders as valuable “site experts.” We leverage their knowledge by bringing our technical services and experience to the community through participatory on-site workshops where we listen, first. Together, our multi-disciplinary teams of local and international consultants, develop appropriate and contextual solutions that have high levels of community investment. Our leadership and management team has perfected this process on a wide variety of project types, cultural conditions, and logistical limitations to consistently deliver results to the client that are on time, budget, and scope. Ultimately, we pride ourselves in contributing to a more sustainable and resilient future by sharing knowledge and building capacity.
